o Proficient in general marketing method (experience in marketing responsible is plus)

o Strong passion/motivation to work in new hospitality business to build the largest hospitality chain in Southeast Asia.
o Excellent both verbal and written communication in Thai and English and inter-personal skill.
o Being able to work on flexible hours as necessary.
JOB HIGHLIGHTS:
? Becoming an assistant position to optimize & maximize revenue of hotel sales by managing multiple online booking channels.
? In addition, responsible to oversee the hotel(s) performance and make updates management systems.
? Intensive training program to acquire the standard of hotel e-commerce and revenue management.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Assistant of the manger for E-commerce & Revenue Management
a. On job training to acquire the standard of job roles & needful hotel business knowledge.
b. Analise multiple indicators & provide reports on hotel(s) history & forecast performance.
c. Ensure that rates and availability, rate sequencing, images and descriptions are accurate and up to date on all channels.
d. Regularly check and input latest data points (rates, inventories etc.) on hotel management systems.
2. Establish good relationships with OTAs and maximize Kokotel brand awareness
a. Understand the presence / meaning of our brand on each OTAs (Online travel agencies).
b. Strive to expand our presence on each OTAs by using ads, promotion, frequent communication, and effective contents
c. Maximize the number of booking on each OTAs compared with competitors.
d. Being able to travel locally, regionally and nationally (if any) to meet with potential partner to discuss business for the company and participate/lead event meetings.
e. As others, OTA registration for new property, OTA Page Set Up (text/photo), OTA Ranking Monitoring, OTA Rate Disparity Monitoring, OTA Promotion Tactics Initiative, OTA Liaison Relationship, OTA Guest Comments Answering, Other routine tasks (payment, record, track, etc.) are required.
3. Manage Hotel website & Web booking engine to maximize revenue of hotel room sales
a. Expected to understand WBE (Web booking engine) deeply, and need to proceed taking actions on that page quickly and precisely according to revenue committee decision.
b. In concrete, WBE Registration for new property, WBE Page Set Up (text/photo), WBE Promotion Planning, WBE Promotion Banner Design, WBE Promotion Execution / Monitoring, WBE Maintenance between Kokotel Website, are required.
